　　【台北报导】义云高大师的水墨画精品《大力王尊者》，二十六日在台北甄藏国际司举办的秋拍会中，脱颖而出，以新台币七千二百万元的惊人天价，由英国书画收藏家奈勒购得，缔造在世画家最高成交纪录，使得义云高大师继今年春拍再度“威震”世界画坛。
　　甄藏公司指出，这幅《大力王尊者》画品是结合工笔与写意的精品画作，细腻的线条勾勒出大力王尊者孔武有力的肌肉，全身脉络血管清晰可见，画中尊者双目炯炯有神，无论你站在任何方向，尊者都看得到你；尊者身上穿绕着薄如蝉翼紫色细纱，其工笔技巧登峰造极，令人叹为观止。
　　《大力王尊者》精品写意部份，充分展示大师在艺术实践中觉悟本来面目，与自然宇宙一体之真源，而成圣者之境，达到内心世界与大自然的浑然一体性，揽大千世界于胸中恒万法于毫端，苍润妙韵，意趣天成，格高境大，超凡入圣。随图还附有世界佛教协会鉴定盖章，义云高大师亲笔书写，亲手盖上金印指纹的手本真迹保证书。
　　义云高大师的经典佳作《威震》群狮图，在今年五月，亦由甄藏以美金二百十二万元的天价拍卖，轰动世界艺坛。他的书画艺术无论是格调的高雅，品类的全方位，种类的繁多，技法的无穷，都达到了前无古人的高度。
　　画坛人士指出，历代名家的技法、风格、都趋于单一，长于山水者，少精于花鸟，精于花鸟者疏于人物。但义云高大师的中国画艺术，论题材，无论是山水、花鸟、走兽、鱼虫、人物；论技法，不管是工笔、写意、泼墨，皆无不所通，无所不精，无一不是具有真实的传统功夫而创新。
　　义云高大师的弟子指出，大师是显密圆融无碍 ，五明圆满的法王级大师，五明之一的工巧明，使大师的艺术书画上的成就，达到最巅峰。今年五月，在世纪性世界佛教会议中，二十八国、四百一十六个佛教组织、协会、寺院，一共二千一百三十七位显密高僧大德，以无记名投票，得票率百分之九十九点六、推举义云高大师为显密圆通正宗佛教大师。
　　此外，一九九三年全球四十八个国家、地区，五千六百十二位专家，共同认定大师为中国画坛史无前例巨匠，授予元首级荣衔的特级国际大师；其他还有中共政府为他建造豪华式七馆一部巨型义云高大师馆、世界学术机构授予东方艺术大师桂冠、世界九十二所大学授予荣誉博士及教授职衔、美国州政府、旧金山市政府同时颁布二千年三月八日为义云高大师日。
　　由这些诸多的赞誉，不难窥知大师的丰富内在涵养，以及超越凡人的圣者智慧。因此，对于他的画作能创下如此高的价款纪录，也就不足为奇了。重要的是，大师说：“一切都是大众的，所以我不卖书画，送人的东西卖了就了，了了就了了”。

“威震”画坛纪录  “大力”再创天价

众所瞩目创下世界中国画史在世画家最高成交纪录，世界知名集佛法和艺术于一身的义云高大师再次以“大力王尊者”之作品，刷新了他自己所创下打破世界在世画家的最高价位，此次由一英国书画收藏家奈勒先生以新台币七千二百万元折合美金二百二十万零七千九百一十二元购得，当拍板定后，掌声雷动，久久不止。

今年两千年新世纪来临之际，义云高大师获得的殊荣更加深人们深刻的印象，今年三月八日美国加利福尼亚州政府和旧金山市政府根据大师各行异别的惊世成就颁布两千年三月八日为义云高大师庆祝日，并获美国及世界他国九十二所大学的荣誉博士和教授之位，这在全世界华人中在历史上是首先的第一最高荣誉。同年五月十二日在台北由联合国际世界佛教总部名集了全球四百一十六个佛教组织、协会、寺院共二千一百三十七位高僧大德推举义云高大师为显密圆通的正宗佛教大师。

而说到艺术，无非是义大师在佛法里面沧海滴水而已，正因为他是显密圆融无碍。五明圆满的法王级大师，五明之一的工巧明，使义大师在艺术书画上都达到了前无古人的高度。今年五月二十八日甄藏国际艺术公司以义大师一幅“威震图”创天价以每平方英吋为美金四百五十五元卖出，震撼了整个世界画坛。昨天甄藏国际艺术公司又在举世惊叹中拍卖了这幅“大力王尊者”，每平方英吋高达四百六十七美元，更证明义大师的技法、风格及品类是全面性的格高境大，义大师能以几十种不同的技法，无论是山水、人物、走兽、花鸟、鱼虫等，不管是工笔、写意、泼墨而无所不精，无所不通，无一不是具有真实的传统功夫而创新。

义大师尤其是位学识渊博、造诣非凡、著述颇丰、为世界近代史上最负盛名的大学者，虽然他的声名已远播四海五洲，但他的谦虚朴实，高风亮节的德品更是世所难觅，这也是世界性学术机构的专家们所肯定的！

事实上，大师在年轻的时候就已经是一位很有名的大艺术家，二十几岁即担任中国教科文中国画研究会的会长，这个会的成员均是知名的艺术大家和书法、金石、文学大家，如周颖南、吴丈蜀、钱君匋、谢稚柳、梁漱冥、万籁鸣、臧克家等等，可见其当时于艺坛之地位。

一九九三年世界四十八个国家和地区，共五千六百一十二名专家代表签署作序，并作了严肃认定鉴印，他们根据对大师绘画艺术长期研究，和对中国画坛从古至今一代代大名家的比较，定论义云高大师为特级国际大师，为“中国画走向世界的奠基人”、“中国画坛史无前例的巨匠”。中国政府为赞颂云高大师的成就，为其兴建了豪华雄伟宫殿式建筑的“义云高大师馆”，共有七馆一部，陈列其书画艺术作品。

大力王尊者拍得天价遭批评

甄藏艺术品拍卖公司日前秋拍国际知名画家义云高大师画作「大力王尊者」，创下新台幤七千二百万元天价，引起画坛高度重视，随后有人称这是宗敎艺术，所以价格才高。但义云高的在台弟子指出，批评者的崇洋心态值得商榷；在中原大学和国防医学院博士班敎授比较艺术的谷瑞照敎授强调，义云高大师的「大力王尊者」气韵生动,尊者的筋肉淸晰可见，充分展现力与美，确为旷世经典之作。

他特别指出，唯有精进文学和哲学基础，才能可能深人了解义云高大师画作的内涵和精妙所在；而欣赏他的画，要多花些心思，才能有所裨益。

义云高大师的「大力王尊者」精品，日前创下在世画家最高国画拍卖价后，有某家媒体报导，义云高 的画作不能与郎世宁带有洋味的中国画来比，也有部分人士宣称，洋人所作的中国画才能卖得天价。

义云高在台弟子指出，这种言论让人觉得可悲。纯粹就绘画而言，中国画不仅不逊于西画，反而由于其中蕴涵的五千年历史及文化，中国画远较于西画富有表现力及内涵，因此中国画的收藏价值也高于西画。

一位弟子 表示，由于近代西方经济发展较快，才导致目前中西画格被扭曲成极不合理的局面。现在华人国画家好不容易有杰出表现， 却反遭一些有心人士片面批评，实在是令人感慨。他反问，中国画为什么不能超过西画，难道是国人崇洋心理作祟。

他并指出，义云高的书画集多种流派及技法，汇融自我风格于一身，曾出版「义云高大师画集」和多种论著，在中国大陆与美国均有高度评价。义云高曾担任中国教科文国画研究会会长，研究会其他重要人士包括谢稚柳、周颖南、吴丈署、钱君匋、梁漱冥、万籁鸣、臧克家等艺术名家。

义云高大师的“威震狮”大作

六千万超高价出售

   【本报讯】日前在三千多人与会的世界国际佛教佛学佛法正邪研讨会中，以九十九点六的高得票率，被肯定为世界第一的正宗佛教大师义云高大师，在五月二十八日甄藏国际公司所举办的中国字画国际拍卖会中又创下一项世界传奇。

　　一幅他亲笔的威震狮图以破纪录的三千万台币美金八十五万高价起标，震惊全世界，受到各方瞩目；在实际的拍卖会场，七名来自海内外的收藏家，在热烈的竞标下，由某书画收藏家已高达六千四百九十五万台币（美金二百一十二万五千三百二十七元）高价得标，创下了单件中国字画拍卖史的世界纪录。

　　被誉为当代中国画坛绝无仅有的大艺术家义云高大师，早在一九七八年即以一幅画作参加费城国际艺术节展览，受到肯定，中国政府将他列为国宝，并建造中国历史上第一座包括七个宫廷式馆的艺术博物馆，专门陈列他的两百多幅画作。在一九九一年全世界文化大会颁授东方艺术大师勋章，一九九四年全世界四十八国五千六百一十二位的专家学者认证为世界唯一的特级国际大师（相当于元首级荣位），并由国际奥委会主席萨玛蓝奇亲自签发证书。在全世界得到九十二所大学颁授荣誉博士学位和教授职位。

　　义云高大师精于山水、动物、人物、花鸟虫鱼、版画等十多种画作技艺，不论工笔、写意、泼墨等均达到格高境大，气韵生动之境界，超越名家张大千的三种画技及其他名家的单项画艺，他的诗词歌赋书法亦超卓出尘。

　　除了艺术上超凡的成就以外，他在科学界有多项国际性的专利发明，医学上救人无数，连声韵学上也有盛大成就，录制了十四张包括京剧地方戏曲等的唱碟，有歌神之称的名歌星张学友亦出自他的门下。据了解，由于义云高大师无与伦比的全方位惊世成就，印证了佛法上五明俱全的般若智慧和成就，并受到全世界的佛教代表们公认为世界第一的法王高僧，这应是收藏家们除了艺术价值外，以同受到佛陀加持的无上喜乐而恭。

Wan Ko Yee is agreat artists whose paintings cannot be matched by anyone in this day and age.China exhibited eleven of his paintings in an international at exhibition inPhiladelphia in 1978. In its desire to display more than two hundred of Wan KoYee’s paintings, the Mainland Chinese government built a huge art museum -- thefirst of its kind in Chinese history.

Master Wan KoYee is not only a famous artist, he is also a leader in the world of art. Whenhe was 20 years old, he was the head of the Chinese Painting Research Divisionof the China Education, Science and Culture Organization. This is a high levelorganization within art circles in China and its leaders include people such asChou Ying-Nan, Wu Zhang-Shu, Qian Jun-Tao, Xie Zhi-Liako, Liang Shu-Ming, WanLai-Ming and Cang Ke-Jia.

In the entirehistory of Chinese painting, no other great painter was able to master theamount of artistic skills, the variety of different styles and the diversity ofsubject matter which Master Wan Ko Yee has mastered. He can paint landscapes, peopleand other objects, animals, flowers, birds, fish and insects by using themeticulous brushwork style or by using the freehand brushwork style. Whicheverstyle he uses, his paintings are always elegant, grand and full of life.

Master Wan KoYee’s skills have reached the highest level in the world when it comes to inkand wash paintings. Thus, in 1991, the World Poets and Culture Congressconferred upon him the title of “Master of Oriental Art” along with a medal. ln1994, this same Congress conferred upon him the title of the world’s only “DistinguishedInternational Master” -- the highest position possible and is on the same levelof honor as a head of state.

The Master isalso an ethicist. His books include Selected Philosophical Saying of

Master Wan Ko Yee. He is a singer. Thereare 14 tapes and CDs containing his songs. And he is a scientist. He hasdeveloped two green teas called “Ba Wang Chun” and “Bi Yu Chun”, the bestquality teas in the world.

   The World Poets and Cultural Congress, Composed of 5,612 experts andscholars, concluded that Master Wan Ko Yee is the one who laid the foundationfor Chinese Paintings to enter the internationalforum. This Congress conferred upon the Master the title of the world’s only “DistinguishedInternational Master.”

The government of mainland China built ahuge museum in order to display Master Wan Ko Yee’s calligraphy, paintings andother works. This is the only museum ever built in the world in honor ofsomeone who is still alive.

   Although Chinese paintings are well known in international art circles,such paintings have never really received the respect of the West. There has been a great difference in the price of Chinesepaintings as compared to Western paintings. Thus, certain pejorative terms have been used in international artcircles to describe Chinese paintings in general.For the past few thousandyears, Chinese paintings have not enjoyed any real status or real criticalacclaim in international art circles. It seems as if Chinese paintings in generalhave been the “sick man of Asia” and that people viewed them as being basicallyall the same.

   Although Master Wan Ko Yee is regarded as the most outstanding artist,he is, after all, an artist who paints Chinese Paintings. But what can onereally say about the treatment of Chinese paintings in international artcircles? Such Paintings have been regarded as inferior. Nevertheless, somethingquite extraordinary has happened. Master Wan Ko Yee has truly become the onewho has laid the foundation for Chinese paintings to enter the internationalforum. Not only has he laid this foundation, he has also become the one who hascaused Chinese Paintings to surpass Western paintings.

   On May 28th, Unique Art Collections International Co., Ltd. auctionedMaster Wan Ko Yee’s painting entitled “Majesty” for a price of US$2,125,327.This has shocked the entire world of art. No Western painter living in theworld today can command such a high price for his paintings. Master Wan Ko Yeehas ended the few thousand year old era in which Chinese paintings weredisregarded or neglected in favor of Western paintings. Chinese paintings arenow respected. They are no longer viewed as being inferior.

   Why are the paintings of Master Wan Ko Yee so expensive? Why are hispaintings at least ten times more expensive than the paintings of famousChinese artists throughout history? Because Master Wan Ko Yee has absorbed thequintessence of several different areas of knowledge. Thus, he has become themost outstanding artist. The style of his paintings are grand, elegant and fullof life. His paintings exhibit his profound knowledge and artistic skills,which are unmatched in the entire world. There has been no artist in Chinesehistory, no matter how great the artist may have been, who reached the statusand degree of accomplishment reached by Master Wan Ko Yee. The following areexamples of his status and accomplishments:

   First, Master Wan Ko Yee was conferred the title of the world’s only “DistinguishedInternational Master” by an organization composed of 5,612 experts and scholarsfrom 48 different countries and regions. This position has the same level ofhonor as a head of state. The Distinguished International Master Certificatewas personally signed by Juan Antonio Samaranch, then president of theInternational Olympic Committee. Master Wan Ko Yee is the only artist in theworld with this accomplishment.

   Second, the government of the State of California and the government ofthe City of San Francisco each proclaimed March 8, 2000 as Master Wan Ko YeeDay. Master Wan Ko Yee is the only artist in the world with suchaccomplishment.

    Third,the government of mainland China built the Master Wan Ko Yee Museum in order to display the Master’s works. It has sevendifferent sections and is similar to an imperial palace. This huge museum,which honors the accomplishments of one who is still alive, is unprecedentedand unique. Throughout all of history, the Chinese government never built amuseum in honor of someone who is still alive except when it built this museum.

   Fourth, 2,137 outstanding Buddhist monks, nuns and laymen, representing416 different associations and temples all over the world, confirmed by votethat Master Wan Ko Yee is a Master who practices orthodox and correct Buddhismand who has mastered both exoteric and esoteric Buddhism. These Points wereconfirmed by 99.6% of the 2,137 votes cast. Master Wan Ko Yee is the onlyartist in the world with such accomplishment.

   Fifth, the World Buddhism Association verifies and guarantees theauthenticity of the Master’s painting. Whenever one of the Master’s authenticpaintings is sold at an auction, there will be s small scroll which comes withthe painting. In this scroll, there will be a seal of the World Buddhism Association and the signature of its Chairman in orderto guarantee the painting’s genuineness. There is no other artist in the worldwith such a guarantee of authenticity.

   Sixth, Master Wan Ko Yee has received honorary doctorate degree from 92different colleges and universities. Four of these schools have also conferredupon him the title of professor. Master Wan Ko Yee is the only artist in theworld with such accomplishment.

   For all of these reason, Master Wan Ko Yee has truly become the one whohas laid the foundation for Chinese paintings to enter the international forum.Master Wan Ko Yee has brought respect to Chinesepaintings in international art circles. No longer will such circles look downupon Chinese paintings. Chinese paintings can now truly be called the shiningcrystal of the 5,000 year old Chinese culture. Master Wan Ko Yee is thegreatest painter of Chinese paintings in all of Chinese history!

　　【本报记者报导】日前，台湾甄藏国际艺术有限公司举行了2000年中国书画春季拍卖会，这次拍卖的全是中国画的精品之作，从文征明到董其昌、八大山人、任百年、吴昌硕、何绍基、黄宾虹、张大千、徐悲鸿、齐白石、李可染，这些国画大师的张张精品都让人流连忘返，但最让人惊羡的是义云高大师的一幅《威震》图，格高境大，技法出神入化，拍卖价高达二百一十万美元(台币六百四十万元)创造了世界拍卖使上水墨画的最高价位，比张大千、吴冠中、丁绍光、徐悲鸿这些国画大师们的精品之作的价格还要高出六、七倍。

　　据甄藏公司表示说，义云高大师不是一个普通的艺术家，他是世界上的画圣。拍卖公司有专家解释说，与义云高大师在世界上的成就威望地位相比，大师的画价不是太高，而是太低了，只列举六例，就可看出大师位居世界独一无二的高峰！第一，世界上没有一个画家达到48国5612位专家学者定论唯一的特级国际大师(元首级荣位)，由国际奥委会主席萨玛兰奇亲自签发证书，他是唯一达到的。

　　第二，世界上没有一个画家达到美国加州政府及旧金山市府同一天宣布公元2000年3月8日列为大师日，他是唯一达到的。

　　第三，中国画家没有一个活着在世就由政府修建了历史上唯一的宫廷式七馆一部的大型博物馆一一义云高大师馆陈列其作品，他是唯一达到的。

　　第四，世界上没有一个画家达到世界各国416个协会及寺庙2137位高僧大德投票推举为显密圆通大师，得票率为99.6%，他是唯一达到的。

　　第五，世界上没有一个画家的作品达到世界佛教协会为其作品的精品真迹鉴定确认担保，并法定：凡真迹作品画上拍卖时，世界佛教协会均盖章，由主席于手本上签字，保证其质量。他是唯一达到的。

　　第六，在全世界，大师得到九十二所大学颁与博士学位和教授，其中四个大学授予教授职称。而世界佛教协会则根本不同意书画界的说法，认为，义云高大师是佛教的大圣者，怎么能被说成只是一个画圣冠军呢？大师是整个佛法界的『显密圆通，妙谙五明』的巨德大师，书画艺术只是一明之表法而已，大师沧海城就中的一粟罢了，是大师智慧中弹拨出来的点滴，当然，仅是在书画艺术方面，是俗的大画家也是不能与大师的艺术成就相提并论的。所以，也正因为义云高大师达到了史无前例的艺术水平，故而这些年来，临摹、仿冒大师画作的人多如毛牛，仅是到世界佛教协会申报制作手本的就有将近两千位。因此世界佛教协会为了保护大师佛格庄严形象，与义云高大师签定了法定协议，联合制作手本，并将其『云高』二字并带密线底纹的精品和手本专用章收管。世界佛教协会表示，他们此举不收取义云高大师及有关人士的费用，其目的只是为了保存大师之真迹书画，使得佛法大师的形象不被社会伪假的作品杂染玷污。

6495万成交 义云高画作“威震”拍卖会

义云高的“威震”画作28日在甄藏国际艺术有限公司，以6495万元的天价成交，创下了世界中国书画史上在世界画家最高成交纪录。

义云高大师的创作作品甚多，至今为止共创有作品1500余件，但其中1100余件作品均已于1994年3月当众在静惠山庄宾馆焚烧，余下300多件供义云高大师馆陈列及有关单位收藏，所以，几乎没有存留在社会个人手中。

这一幅威震图是义云高大师的弟子、中国民主统一党主席文中侠先生所收藏，经辗转数年后，由圣多美普林西比外交部顾问大卫先生以70万美金购到手中。大卫顾问在珍藏国际艺术公司讲到，艺术的精华应该让大众鉴赏，所以将其交拍卖展世。

甄藏国际公司昨天举办二千年中国书画春季拍卖会，其中最受人瞩目的拍卖品为以狮群为主题的“威震”一图，昨日拍卖会场进行威震一画拍卖时，主持人喊价是从2400万元起拍，美喊一次是以百万元为单位向上增加，竞标过程一直有数人同时举牌竞标，现场有两位律师做证。当主陈人喊价到5900万元时，才无加码者。

主持人立即宣布，“威震”一图以6495万元(含拍卖公司佣金)，也就是212万5327美元成交，创下中国书画史上在世画家最高成交纪录。

甄藏公司在拍卖前有出具世纪佛教协会的真迹鉴定确认担保书的手本，上有义云高大师金印指纹及世佛会的钢印，且有义云高大师的亲笔迹及密记章，该金印系在金漆融化时云高大师以按指印上去而成的，是任何人都无法模仿的。

义云高大师在1993年为48国共5612名专家共同认定为“中国画坛史无前例的巨匠”，并授予元首级荣位的“特级国际大师”，并被世界学术机构授予“东方艺术大师”之桂冠，并请曾获世界92所大学荣誉博士学位，四个大学授予教授职称，美国加州及旧金山市政府并颁布2000年3月8日为“义云高大师庆祝日”。
